With over 20 years experience in criminal law, what you can expect from Bruce is both legal advice and practical advice. Bruce possesses street knowledge which makes him one of very few lawyers that are approachable and easy to speak to when discussing your criminal law matter.

Bruce was first admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of New South Wales in August 2000. He later moved to Queensland and established Brisbane Criminal Lawyers in 2010. Bruce has since appeared in all levels of the Queensland Courts and has managed some of the most unique and complex criminal matters in Australia.

LEO STRACHAN

Associate Solicitor

Leo established an extensive corporate consulting career prior to coming into law. He has since practiced as a Nationally Accredited Mediator and a registered Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner. He has built a wealth of experience working with clients including those with special needs, couples in same sex relationships, and people affected by domestic violence.

Since being admitted as a lawyer, Leo has applied his background experience and analytical skills to achieve successful outcomes in case conferencing, domestic violence and criminal law matters.

Leo is admitted as a solicitor in the Queensland Supreme Court and the High Court of Australia, and is a member of the Queensland Law Society.

Jade is an experienced legal secretary and paralegal with exceptional customer service skills. Having started her career journey in the area of Family Law, she is now venturing into into criminal law while keeping our office in order, and studying her Bachelor of Laws.
